The VLaser 370 is all about the laser. And literally at the rotation point of the C-axis. Five axes and a laser with fixed beam guidance enable precise and efficient processing directly at the machine center point. It doesn‘t get more process-secure than this. Nor more precise.
The VLaser 370 is equipped with a fixed laser beam guidance system, supported by innovative machine kinematics. The five axes are arranged in such a way that the machining process always takes place at the pivot point of the C-axis. This enables tool processing with minimal axis movement, ensuring a stable process. At the same time, the kinematic chain allows for high path accuracy, which has a positive effect on machining precision and tool quality.
Low-maintenance linear drives
All axes of the VLaser 370 are equipped with linear motors, while the rotary axes feature torque motors. Unlike ball screw drives, they are wear-free and operate without contact, enabling higher axis speeds and accelerations. Integrated glass scales in all axes ensure optimal stability and exceptionally high positioning accuracy.

The operating philosophy of the VLaser 370 has been proven in practice and is already familiar to our customers from the VPulse 500. It stands out with its simple, user-friendly operation thanks to an intuitive user interface. Operation can be performed directly via the touchscreen on the control panel or using a mouse and keyboard.
High functionality is ensured through customizable job processing sequences, flexible intervention options, and integrated technology management. The system is IoT-enabled, providing full transparency over your machine and processes.
SOFTWARE EXPROG LASER
Like the entire operating concept, the software is well-known, proven, and easy to master. It is based on the ExProg software, which is already used in the VPulse 500. This ensures short training times for your personnel.

Automation
The HC 4 and HC 4 PLUS chain magazines provide the flexibility you need to increase your productivity. The HC 4 automates the processing of up to 52 tools with a Ø 63 mm or 39 tools with a Ø 70 mm.
With the HC 4 PLUS, you can load up to 53 tools with a Ø 63 mm and up to 20 tools with a Ø 150 mm.
Thanks to the chain magazines, you can automatically increase your productivity—whether overnight or over the weekend. Simply load the chain magazine and let the work programs run.
