CHHF 21H Machines for repairing carbide-tipped circular saw blades

This machine was designed specifically to repair broken carbide teeth by grinding the tooth sides to return them to the dimension of the remaining teeth. With this table-top version, VOLLMER offers a particularly economic and space-saving solution. The machine uses the wet grinding technique. During the grinding process, the grinding unit is moved manually over the tooth sides, and the saw blade is positioned by hand against a fixed stop. The next tooth and then all the remaining teeth can be ground until the required tooth side dimension is reached.
