Heinrich Vollmer built the first saw setting machines and filing machines back in 1909. His vision: Maximum sharpening for cutting tools and saw blades. We have been achieving this vision here at VOLLMER with vigor for more than 100 years. Successfully – and with continued passion.
No one is more meticulous when handling sharp tools. No one knows more about saw blades, tooth shapes or tool geometries. And no one is more thorough when it comes to researching new technologies which could make tool handling even more effective and more efficient.
Not surprisingly, VOLLMER is now the first port of call for tool machining in the rotary tool, circular saw and metal-cutting band saw areas of competence. In production and service.
